Welcome to our September 21, 2009 Update. Luis Cruz had a successful show in June and is now working on a commission for a work assembled from scrap metal. Pictures of the new work will follow shortly. Luis is has delivered several works for the a new building and a major piece for the new coffee museum that was opened. These commissions are an important response to the quality of his work and the expanding appreciation for his artwork. Luis is still in transition and in his style to include more graphic interpretations of various types of nudes and abstract representations of surrealist magic themes. The exhibit this July will how his incredible talent with faces has developed. More pictures of his new work will be posted soon. Currently Luis is preparing for a major exhibit in July 2009, the invitation and location is shown above.As soon as works from the new exhibit are available they will be posted.
